Coaching is delivered in structured 4-week blocks to create consistency, accountability and measurable progress. you choose how many sessions per week you commit to and each block is tailored to your goals, experience level and schedule.
Your training is supported through the Teeyayfit app, where you’ll access your personalised programme, nutritional l information, track progress and stay accountable - whether you’re training with me in the gym or following your plan independently online.
