How PT Sessions Work

At TeeyayFit, personal training sessions are structured in monthly blocks, giving you consistency, accountability, and clear progression.

Each block runs over 4 weeks, and you choose how many sessions per week you'd like to commit to. The number of sessions per week determines the total number of sessions in your 4-week block.

For example:

  • 1 session per week = 4 sessions in total (over 4 weeks)

  • 2 sessions per week = 8 sessions in total

  • 3 sessions per week = 12 sessions in total.

This bulk structure allows for better planning, goal setting, and results tracking. Sessions are scheduled in advance and tailored to your individual needs — whether your focus is fat loss, muscle tone, strength, or athletic performance.

By working in blocks, you benefit from a consistent routine and dedicated support throughout your training phase.
